This simple dip makes a great after dinner or midday snack. The richness of the blend of nut butter and yoghurt, coupled with the sweentess of the fruit you choose to dip into it, will satisfy your snack or dessert craving in a healthy way.
Dip Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of sea saltÂ
To Serve:
- Apples
- Strawberries
- Apple chips
- Nuts/Seeds (as desired)
Directions:
- Stir Greek yogurt, almond butter, cinnamon and sea salt together until combined.
- Serve with apple chips, fresh fruit, nuts/seeds and chips of choice.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
