Vegan dark chocolate forms the antioxidant-rich foundation for the bark of your dreams. Choose a selection of your favorite nuts, seeds and dried berries and enjoy this delicious snack!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups vegan dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup of your favourite toppings:Â
- Goji berries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, mulberries, bee pollen, walnuts, almonds, cashews, cranberries, coconut flakes…etc.
Directions:
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler and spread evenly over the parchment.
- Layer with your favourite toppings and freeze for 2 hours until hard.Â
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.Â
