Lemonade. It's supposed to be refreshing, but whether you grew up getting it from a can of powder or from lemons fresh off the tree, chances are it was loaded with sugar to balance out the extreme tartness of the citrus fruit. What if lemonade could not only taste refreshing but be healthy and truly hydrating at the same time? With just 1 gram of sugar per packet, Ener-C Sport adds just the right amount of sweetness to allow your body to absorb all it's electrolytes. Try holistic nutritionist and firefighter-in-training Lindsay Mustard's recipe and take your lemonade (and your workout) to the next level.
