Orange you glad you whipped up a batch of overnight oats last night?! This hearty, sugar-free recipe will help you start our day with a citrus-y smile! Buy yourself a few extra minutes of sleep in the morning (or a few more pre-breakfast push-ups, if that’s your kink) and enjoy this no-fuss, vitamin enriched breakfast-on-the-go.
Makes 2 – 3 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut or greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 sachets Ener-C Sugar-Free Orange Multivitamin
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 orange, zested
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Transfer the mixture to the fridge to sit overnight (or at least 2 hours).
- Transfer the overnight oats to a serving bowl and top with your favourite fruit, nuts and/or seeds!
