Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 2 or 3 packets Ener-C Sport Lemon Lime Electrolytes
- ½ cup water
 Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
- Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
- Thaw for a few minutes at room temperature before serving and gently pull the popsicle out of the mold.
